Actually, I’m quite sad. This past year (my first year at UC DAVIS) has been absolutely amazing. I met some of the most awesome, weird, and hilarious people ever! There is so much to do in this wonderful college town, and I’m quite happy that I did not end up going to a big, noisy city to study. I went on so many wonderful trips to Ocean Beach in S.F., Sierra Lodge (near Lake Tahoe) , and Sky Mountain for a life changing retreat. 

I overcame my fear of Biology, fell into a freezing cold lake, and managed to pull 2 all nighters in a row. Unfortunately I only have one more day of summer break, as I have to go back to work and am starting summer school at SFSU this Monday. 

I’m genuinely excited to start my 2nd year at Davis; I’ll be living in an apartment so please somebody teach me how to cook!
